Services
Structured hotel operations.
Operational oversight for independent hotels, within a scope agreed with the owner. It is not unlimited authority and it is not delivery of every activity.
Consistent operations start with coordination.
Housekeeping, food and beverage, management information and the owner's decisions have to fit together. The discussion defines who oversees each area and what stays outside.

Areas of operational oversight
These areas organise the discussion. Only what is written into the partnership is included.
| Area | Operational oversight |
|---|---|
| Operational oversight | Review of processes and service standards. Oversight is not carrying out every activity. |
| Housekeeping coordination | Organising cleaning routines with the people who already deliver them. Coordination does not mean supplying or employing the team. |
| Food and beverage support | Support for food and beverage at the hotel's scale. It does not mean operating the outlet or setting the offer. |
| Processes and management information | Operational information for reviewing the property. Format and frequency are agreed; there is no universal cadence. |
From understanding the hotel to operational oversight
The sequence is the one on the Approach page. Here it only marks what this discussion needs to settle.
Initial assessment
Understand the property, its current structure and the need behind the enquiry.
Scope definition
Separate oversight, coordination and the areas covered, and what stays with the owner.
Operational integration
Connect the people involved in the agreed scope, without decisions outside that mandate.
Ongoing review
Review operations within the scope. Frequency is set in the partnership, not on this page.

Clear responsibilities for an aligned partnership
Managing one area is not managing the whole hotel. Even where management is broad, scope, costs and decision limits are set with the owner. Each partnership is assessed individually and is for hotels already in operation.
Questions about hotel operations
- Does operational oversight mean full hotel management?
- No. Oversight, coordination and full management are different scopes and have to be defined in the partnership.
- Does housekeeping coordination include an in-house team?
- No. Coordinating routines does not mean supplying or employing the team that carries them out.
- What information should I share in an initial conversation?
- Location, size, how the teams are organised and the day-to-day difficulties. Do not send guests' personal data.
