2. Personal Data Collected
We collect personal data provided directly and voluntarily via our contact form: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Property Name, Property Location, Number of Rooms, Operating Status, and Message content. Request IP addresses are used to protect the service against abuse. With consent, visit source and campaign data and visitor and session identifiers are stored in the browser, as described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Form data is used to respond to enquiries and proposal requests, based on requested pre-contractual steps or the legitimate interest in responding to communications, depending on the enquiry. IP addresses are used for website security, based on the legitimate interest in protecting the service. Measuring and attributing visit sources through optional cookies requires your consent.
